My favorite revision strategies include starting off with global revisions to make sure the thesis and claim sentences are strong and to also make sure that I have a sound organization of ideas. Once I have solidified the core structure of my paper, then I end up doing local revisions to check the grammar, punctuation, and word choice. Once both processes are complete, I feel as if my paper is ready to be turned in.
